Job Summary

A streaming software developer has a current position open for a Telecommute Video Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team on a technical roadmap and product goals
  • Design, maintain, and build services and video processing workflows
  • Work with Platform teams to ensure features continue to meet core SLIs

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of a general purpose programming language
  • Prior experience working in a subset of Go, C, Moden C++ ffmpeg/libav
  • Prior experience working in a subset of HTTP Streaming formats: HLS and DASH
  • Prior experience working in a subset of packaged media formats
