Job Summary
A video gaming company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Video Game Producer.
Must be able to:
- Facilitate team communication, remove roadblocks, ensure timely dissemination of information to all individuals
- Communicate the status of development, design, and marketing tasks
- Help guide and collaborate to create and foster daily team practices and processes that help ensure success with milestones
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel to Spokane twice a year for short team retreats
- 4+ years working as a producer / project manager in video games (or related fields)
- Experience with accountability, managing resources, and monitoring progress with adaptable approaches
- Deep knowledge of game development: team dynamics, common development hurdles, game engines
- An effective and inclusive collaborator who embraces feedback and drives for consensus
- All other requirements necessary for this position
