Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing both the long term strategy and day-to-day operations of video
- Creating and nurturing relationships with all video platforms
- Developing a plan for premium content
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven video and traffic monetization experience
- Track record of leading a digital company
- Insightful understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok’s algorithms
- Ability to coordinate / lead video production in a fast-paced environment
- Understand the nuances of working with freelancers and in-house producers
- Hands-on experience in production writing, editing, and visual graphics
