Job Summary
A company that provides job listings and other resources for HR professionals is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Virtual Technical Producer in Alexandria.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinate audio testing with the instructor, prior to course delivery
- Respond to real-time chat and technical questions, and change class layouts and slides as necessary
- Record all training sessions and post links to training sessions within the virtual classroom setting each week
Required Skills:
- Two or more years experience with customer service
- Versed in Adobe Connect
- Ability to work evening hours, beyond normal office hours
