Job Summary
A vision care insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Vision Benefit Provider Relationship Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing data and ensuring all business partners have access to high-quality and accurate information
- Analyzing practice structure and documents submitted by providers in support of their practice ownership information
- Gathering and reviewing client/provider information to determine network composition
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or other related area or
- Equivalent experience
- Three years experience in a healthcare environment or customer/client services
- Experience working directly with providers and staff on policies and procedures, resolving complex issues
- Advanced communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance provider needs
