Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Vision Provider External Relations Representative.
Must be able to:
- Function as the first point of elevation for provider issue resolution
- Manage sophisticated and/or strategic relationships with assigned provider groups
- Act as liaison for provider issues
Required Skills:
- Ability to travel up to 50% and reliable transportation to commute to provider offices across the District of Columbia
- 3+ years' of vision industry experience
- 3+ years' experience in customer service or public relations
- Bachelor's degree; or experience may substitute for education if responsibilities directly relate to the essential job functions
- Strong research, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate well with providers and office staff both verbally and in writing
