Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer-centric mentality with 2-3 years of experience in a medium to high-volume call center
- Customer Service experience 3+years
- Experience with remote work 2-3 years
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Creole speaker a plus
- Can work productively in a fast paced environment
