A company offering services to seniors needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Visit Success Specialist.

  • Being tech-savvy with experience working in multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Balancing call volume and handle time while providing high quality service during all types of communication

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer-centric mentality with 2-3 years of experience in a medium to high-volume call center
  • Customer Service experience 3+years
  • Experience with remote work 2-3 years
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Creole speaker a plus
  • Can work productively in a fast paced environment
