Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute VOC Insights Consumer Experience Business Process Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Influence process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities that cause member pain points
- Create reporting, analysis and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous improvement
- Create, control and improve end-to-end business processes that impact our member experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience presenting results and recommended actions to leaders
- 1 years of experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 2 years of experience with business analysis and process improvement
