Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Voice Analytics Program Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collect and interpret data from various internal and external sources
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors regarding technical support of the application
  • Coordinate with and train the program listeners

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with conducting analyses
  • 3+ years of experience with leading / coaching others
  • 2 years of experience analyzing raw data
  • 3 years of experience analyzing raw data
  • Intermediate in MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Advanced in MS Excel
