Job Summary

A computer support and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Voice Deployment Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting, troubleshooting, installing, and configuring routers, switches, firewalls
  • Supporting, troubleshooting and installing Unified Communications and related technologies
  • Assisting in the build and configuration of Teleworker Kits

Position Requirements Include:

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate or Professional with Voice specialization
  • Understanding of network routing and switching protocols
  • Experience with Enterprise Wireless, VoIP, QoS, and IP Telephony technologies
  • Equivalent Military experience and training
