Job Summary

A power management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Voice Support Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Leading global Voice support team members
  • Providing career development guidance
  • Providing technical support on a worldwide basis to customer sites

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel 10 % of the Time
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco IPT Technology required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT required
  • 3 years of management experience required
