Telecommute Voice UCaaS APIs Product Manager

Job Summary

A collaborations solutions provider is seeking a Telecommute Voice UCaaS APIs Product Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Focus on the development of a serverless exposed API platform
• Owning and guiding company solutions from concept to launch
• Analyzing CPaaS, iPaaS and embedded communications market trends

Required Skills:

• This is a remote position with frequent travel (30%) to our headquarters in Sarasota, FL
• Have knowledge and experience with media communication technologies
• Solid understanding of CPaaS, iPaaS and API architectures
• Expertise and experience with one or more of the following technologies - WebRTC, SIP, HTML5, VOIP, IVR, collaboration, APIs and Enterprise App Integration
• 3-5 years’ experience in product management, hands-on technical architecture or system engineering role
• Solid technical background. Technical degree and prior Engineer/Architect work experience is highly desired
