Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Volunteer Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting capable volunteers and medical team members
  • Piloting innovative ideas to recruit diverse volunteers
  • Developing a framework to ensure satisfactory placement and renewal of volunteers

Required Skills:

  • Ability to drive to locations for recruitment, interviews, and training
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 or more years relevant work experience
  • Skills in community cultivation, and volunteer management
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience in non-profit or recreation field
