Job Summary
An environmental nonprofit organization is seeking a Telecommute Voter Engagement Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Refining and developing the political strategy for 2018
- Turning out climate voters and establishing resistance to fossil fuel infrastructure
- Working with the digital team to engage tens of thousands of new supporters and donors in our work
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strategic campaign development expertise and excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience at the intersection of online and offline organizing, mobilization, and direct action
- Experience managing diverse teams of organizers, political, press and digital campaigners
- Creativity and comfort with experimenting with new tools and tactics
- Proven track record of working successfully with coalition partners
- Ability to make management and political decisions quickly and effectively
