Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Telecommute Voter Program Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with Directors and staff to build a voter engagement program
  • Managing MOUs with local and state partners and formations
  • Conducting regular check-in calls with local partners and staff

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel and conduct site visits to targeted states
  • Minimum 2-3 years direct experience in voter and electoral work, campaign management and/or mobilization settings
  • At least 2 years experience managing multiple field/organizing staff and or other high-level program management
  • Excellent program management and one-on-one relational skills
  • Experience managing actions, mobilizations, and events including building out canvasses, mobilization plans, etc
