Job Summary

A communications services company has a current position open for a Telecommute VRS Center Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing all Schedules and/ or Schedulers in daily operations
  • Planning with the help of the Regional Manager and/or Director the strategic growth of the center
  • Focusing management objectives on center operations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel to company, customer and vendor sites, including some that are out of state will be required
  • American Sign Language proficiency and extensive knowledge of deaf culture and interpreting industry
  • At least three years supervisory experience
  • Associates degree in Business Management, or comparable related experience
  • Knowledge of specialized software related to departmental operations
