Job Summary
A communications services company has a current position open for a Telecommute VRS Center Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing all Schedules and/ or Schedulers in daily operations
- Planning with the help of the Regional Manager and/or Director the strategic growth of the center
- Focusing management objectives on center operations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel to company, customer and vendor sites, including some that are out of state will be required
- American Sign Language proficiency and extensive knowledge of deaf culture and interpreting industry
- At least three years supervisory experience
- Associates degree in Business Management, or comparable related experience
- Knowledge of specialized software related to departmental operations
