Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Pharmacy Services Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing level I review for Prior Authorization exception requests
- Collecting relevant medical and prescription information
- Setting up authorizations and initiating appropriate paperwork and notification process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Current, valid Washington State Pharmacy Technician License
- Three (3) years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Ability to serve as a resource for other departments for pharmacy program questions
