A staffing company is in need of a Telecommute Wastewater Industry Contract Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing full life-cycle recruitment
- Providing consultation to hiring managers
- Using proactive methods to network with industry experts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel once a month to office nearest to your home office in Northern or Southern California
- Experience working with geographically-dispersed, virtual teams
- Must have strong written/verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Must have strong sourcing and networking skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
