Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Web Hosting Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Solving customer's web technology problems using chat, email and phone
  • Installing, configuring, maintaining and solving errors for content management systems
  • Explaining to customers how DNS and web design tools work

Qualifications Include:

  • Attend company events
  • Must have experience working in the web hosting industry
  • In-depth experience with cPanel
  • Ability to troubleshoot website and email problems
