Job Summary

A web hosting service company has a current position open for a Telecommute Web Hosting Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Solve their web technology problems using chat, email/tickets and phone
  • Install, configure, maintain and solve errors for content management systems
  • Explain how DNS and web design tools work

Qualifications Include:

  • Must have experience working in the web hosting industry
  • In-depth experience with cPanel and Plesk
  • Ability to troubleshoot website and email problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
