An internet marketing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Web Marketing Customer Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping customers via email, chat and the telephone
- Writing support documentation to help users help themselves
- Working with the product team to build tools and offer feedback
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Familiarity with running PPC campaigns
- Previous experience in a marketing role or capacity
- Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads
- Basic knowledge on UTM parameters and tracking templates
