Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute Web Products Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing training and phone/web support for live customers
  • Monitoring high volume on sales
  • Providing excellent customer service

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Assume assignments for the annual user conference
  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience in ticketing and fundraising with Arts/Cultural organizations
  • Knowledgeable in web standards and practices, web hosting and website architecture concepts
  • Self-motivated
  • Demonstration of strong customer service skills, initiative and ability to assume additional responsibilities
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal
