Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Telecommute Web Products Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing training and phone/web support for live customers
- Monitoring high volume on sales
- Providing excellent customer service
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Assume assignments for the annual user conference
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in ticketing and fundraising with Arts/Cultural organizations
- Knowledgeable in web standards and practices, web hosting and website architecture concepts
