Job Summary

A non profit company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Web Site Application Analyst in Chicago.

Must be able to:

  • Provide detailed technical specifications with regards to any proposed fixes, features or upgrades to the website
  • Contribute to, document and troubleshoot web-related enhancements/projects/fixes/and testing
  • Maintain strong customer service and manage, prioritize, & complete incoming help desk tickets

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel to Chicago HQ as needed based on business needs
  • 1-3+ years' experience supporting web applications
  • 1-3+ years' experience with Drupal
  • Knowledge of web standards and cross-browser development is required
  • Demonstrated help desk experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer-related major or equivalent experience
