A website design company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Website Designs Client Services Representative in Austin.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service while answering incoming emails from clients
  • Take occasional incoming calls from clients on a personal cell phone
  • Complete website updates in an accurate and timely manner

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Attend face-to-face meetings in Austin
  • Reliable computer and broadband internet connection
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of WordPress.org platform and plugins
  • Basic understanding of editing HTML websites in Dreamweaver
  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop
