Job Summary

A healthcare and fitness company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Weekend Coverage Software Membership Services Representative .

Must be able to:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve member issues
  • Provide onboarding product demos via phone and video to new members
  • Provide clear documentation of all cases

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Proven track record of analyzing information, troubleshooting problems, and resolving or escalating issues
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to diagnose and solve problems
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and communicative while troubleshooting member concerns
  • Ability to exceed performance expectations in regards to member satisfaction, issue resolution, etc
  • Ability to follow company guidelines while thinking quickly to offer solutions
  • Ability to maintain required internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps (download) and 5 (upload)
