A healthcare and retail pharmacy company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Wellbeing Partner in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing telephone worklife consultation with members
- Providing telephone triage, crisis intervention and related services
- Researching, locating, and screening potential worklife services and resources
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Percent of Travel Required 0 - 10%
- Minimum 1 year Behavioral Health and/or Employee Assistance Plan EAP/Worklife experience
- Excellent Communications and Problem Solving skills
- Enhanced technology skills
- Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in high-paced environment
