Job Summary
A health and wellness company is in need of a Telecommute Wellness Care Coordinator in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Provide wellness intakes and provide guidance and advisory
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, advisory and care management
- Manage client related data and maintain CRM
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Clinical social work and care management experience
- Masters in Social Work or Psychology
- 10 years work experience
- Yoga teacher with 10 or so years teaching experience
- Luxury client service experience
- Availability to work some weekends
