Job Summary

An online community solutions company is in need of a Telecommute West Region Salesforce Technical Lead in Sacramento.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Owning definition of the end-to-end solution architecture to accommodate defined business requirements
• Communicating technical solutions and design trade offs effectively to business stakeholders
• Working with project managers and/or clients to scope work and produce estimates to help define deliverables and timelines

Required Skills:

• Travel requirements are in the range of 10-50%
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent major
• 3+ years technical experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Salesforce Developer / Platform Developer I Certification or equivalent knowledge
• Experience working on an Agile-based cross-functional project team
• Experience with unit, integration and end-to-end system testing and performance tuning
