Job Summary
An investments company is seeking a Telecommute Western Regional Supervising Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coaching and transparent communication through regular 1:1’s, skip level and team meetings
- Maintaining all risk, supervisory, and compliance functions for assigned Agencies
- Monitoring and implementing procedures to manage all facets of risk
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Previous industry and supervisory experience
- Active Series 7, 24, 63, 65 (or 66)
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education or experience
- Resident state Life and Health licensee
