Job Summary

A full-service, national mortgage lender is seeking a Telecommute Wholesale Account Executive.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as subject matter expert on company's policies, procedures, products, and technology
  • Escalating second reviews to Team Leader or Underwriter
  • Assisting brokers with lock reconciliation, extensions, and exceptions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to conduct large group presentations at broker offices
  • 4 + years' experience in sales and/or real estate
  • Knowledge of local real estate market
  • Sales and consulting skills
  • Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
  • Working knowledge of investor guidelines, underwriting policies and loan products
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
