Job Summary
A financial service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Wholesale CRE Account Executive in Boca Raton.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Achieving and surpassing sales goals and budgets
- Monitoring ongoing performance such as pull-through ratios, profitability, losses, etc
- Developing and strengthening working relationships with new and existing referral partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with sub-prime commercial lending
- Experience in commercial lending secured by real estate
- Tenacity and drive to excel in a competitive sales atmosphere
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to navigate sales CRM
- Demonstrated track record of building a customer base and growing revenue
- Customer service orientation and ability to establish rapport/cultivate business relationships via phone
