Job Summary
A mortgage company has a current position open for a Telecommute Wholesale Junior Processor in Houston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Proactively training and supporting Broker Partners
- Receiving and setting up all files for all incoming wholesale correspondence
- Developing and documenting all processes and systems necessary to achieve departmental goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associate sDegree or corresponding level of experience
- 2 years loan processing, escrow, or mortgage servicing required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficienc yin Microsoft office and mortgage systems
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Exceptional organizational skills and operational focus
