A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting daily sales calls (either in-person or telephonically) with prospective customers
- Managing new broker package process with potential new mortgage lenders
- Identifying and managing all business opportunities within assigned area
Position Requirements Include:
- Intermediate knowledge in client relationship management tools
- Advanced knowledge of wholesale loan guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer
- Advanced negotiation skills
