A national network of mortgage professionals is seeking a Telecommute Wholesale Mortgage Closer in Plano.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Reviewing loan files for accuracy and compliance prior to closing
  • Preparing and approving the Closing Disclosure
  • Coordinating with various departments to reconcile any file defects

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel <5% of the time
  • Minimum 4 years of mortgage closing experience required
  • Complete understanding of TRID guidelines
  • Understanding of legal documents
  • Knowledge of residential closing conditions
