Job Summary
A fully integrated mortgage company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Wholesale Outside Account Executive.
Must be able to:
- Contact and set appointments with new and existing wholesale mortgage brokers.
- Advise brokers of Company programs, pricing and submission policies and procedures
- Advise brokers of any changes to Company’s policies or procedures
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated sales skills
- Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of all aspects of wholesale loan production
- Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change
- Knowledge of loan program development, mortgage program marketing materials, loan servicing
