Job Summary
A plumbing supply company is in need of a Telecommute Wholesale Supplier Credit Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work on credit accounts, following guidelines established for the organization
- Help customers with questions/problems on their account
- Provide sign-off on commercial and residential lien waivers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to preform basic math functions
- Able to send out lien notices/certified letters
- Able to update and summarize receivables
