Job Summary
A reverse mortgage provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Wholesale Underwriter IV.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as first point of contact to direct reports and Processing Team Leads
- Providing coaching and feedback to develop new skills and refinement of existing skills
- Providing training and mentoring of DE Underwriters
Qualifications for this position include:
- HS diploma or equivalent; real estate/mortgage banking courses helpful
- 7+ year’s current mortgage underwriting experience
- DE certification with active CHUMS ID
- 3+ year’s current FHA underwriting experience
- Ability to make quick decisions within written policy and standard operating procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
