Job Summary
An enterprise application performance consulting company is filling a position for a Telecommute Windchill Help Desk Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing maintenance and monitoring support for Windchill PDMLink
- Providing help-desk support for end users via phone and the Help Desk ticketing system
- Participating in on-call rotation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5+ years Windchill/CAD experience (former CAD Administrator)
- Basic understanding of networking and hardware
- Basic understanding of Computers and Operating systems (Windows)
- Must be a United States citizen and live in the United States
