Job Summary

An enterprise application performance consulting company is filling a position for a Telecommute Windchill Help Desk Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing maintenance and monitoring support for Windchill PDMLink
  • Providing help-desk support for end users via phone and the Help Desk ticketing system
  • Participating in on-call rotation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years Windchill/CAD experience (former CAD Administrator)
  • Basic understanding of networking and hardware
  • Basic understanding of Computers and Operating systems (Windows)
  • Must be a United States citizen and live in the United States
