Job Summary

A web hosting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Windows and Linux Web Hosting Entry Level Support Helpdesk I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Turning every customer into a brand advocate by delivering a remarkable support experience.
  • Getting technical and providing creative solutions for complex user problems
  • Going the extra mile to fulfill client support requests

Position Requirements Include:

  • Attending company events - previous events included Summer BBQ, holiday party,whirlyball, bowling
  • Familiarity with WordPress and running a website
  • Familiarity with common web hosting services (Apache HTTP, FTP, SSH, MySQL, DNS)
  • Some experience with PHP, CSS, web server configuration, Linux CLI and PowerShell
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Patience and perseverance to provide technical support to non-technical users
