Job Summary

A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Windows Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Utilizing remote management and monitoring system to effectively monitor, maintaining and managing client systems
• Logging all customer questions and problems and tracking the issues through to resolution
• Ensuring problem resolution by initiating and tracking problem assignments to Support Line resources

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, related field of study, or equivalent
• Six or more years’ experience in local and wide area networking technologies
• Experience providingcustomer support over the telephoneand/or remotely
• A minimum of three years’ technical experience managing and maintaining Windows 7 and/or Windows 10
• Demonstrated skill in troubleshooting and resolving complex problems with Windows 7 and/or Windows 10
• All other requirements necessary for this position
