Job Summary

A software and design company has a current position open for a Telecommute WordPress Customer Success Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting across our Products team for WordPress plugins through the forums we run and manage on our website
  • Helping building relationships with our customers and making a world of difference
  • Helping customers who reach out for help with some of the less tech-y side of things, like email support

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience processing of refunds requests
  • Online account management
  • Strong communication and/or experience working as part of a remote team
  • Extremely outgoing and friendly attitude
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented
