Job Summary
A software and design company has a current position open for a Telecommute WordPress Customer Success Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting across our Products team for WordPress plugins through the forums we run and manage on our website
- Helping building relationships with our customers and making a world of difference
- Helping customers who reach out for help with some of the less tech-y side of things, like email support
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience processing of refunds requests
- Online account management
- Strong communication and/or experience working as part of a remote team
- Extremely outgoing and friendly attitude
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented
- All other requirements necessary for this position
