A Workday services and consulting company has a current position open for a Telecommute Workday Absence and Time Tracking Associate Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting the analysis of Absence business needs
- Facilitating requirements gathering, design, tenant review and other customer facing sessions
- Supporting the development of Absence functional designs
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years' experience working with HCM, Payroll, Absence or Time and Attendance modules
- Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a software consulting company
- Ability to develop complex functional designs, including options for technical platforms
- Possess an advanced knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory
