Job Summary

A human resources and financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Workday Benefit Operations Senior Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading client calls, maintaining open issues logs, managing client expectations, and serving as a liaison between client and teams
  • Leading/Managing Change Request requirements and process
  • Ensuring all client generated escalations, complaints and corrective actions are owned and proactively managed

Qualifications Include:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience with Health and Welfare Benefits administration
  • Knowledge of benefits business, including products and services, operations, and delivery
  • Experience with a benefits outsourcing systems and application platform
  • Client management / client consulting experience
  • Proven skills at working within a Workflow Management Tool and related reports desired
  • Ability to serve as a key contact and SME for Operations teams with regards to Workday Expertise/Health & Welfare administration expertise
