Job Summary

An accounting and consulting firm has an open position for a Telecommute Workday Billing Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide expertise on professional services billing in Workday to ensure efficient implementation
• Develop and implement billing training (both written and video) for billing team members
• Drive metrics and identify areas of opportunity for automation and process improvement

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or another similar professional accreditation is preferred
• 5+ years of billing experience is required
• Experience with Workday billing is required
• Proficient with Excel (Vlookup, pivot, etc.) is required
• Experience with Workday PSA billing is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
