Job Summary

A technology and consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Workday Configuration Lead Senior Consultant.

Must be able to:

• Optimize existing implementation of Workday
• Provide functional support to the HR Team and business
• Research issues, separating the symptoms from the actual cause; identify appropriate corrective measures

Qualifications for this position include:

• Workday Services functional certifications and equivalent relevant work experience
• Can assure compliance with company business processes and policies
• Ability to perform complex system configurations
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Workday Services functional certifications preferred: especially Recruit, HCM, Compensation
