A technology and consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Workday Configuration Lead Senior Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Optimize existing implementation of Workday
- Provide functional support to the HR Team and business
- Research issues, separating the symptoms from the actual cause; identify appropriate corrective measures
Qualifications for this position include:
- Workday Services functional certifications and equivalent relevant work experience
- Can assure compliance with company business processes and policies
- Ability to perform complex system configurations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Workday Services functional certifications preferred: especially Recruit, HCM, Compensation
