Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing principal consultant duties
- Managing multiple, parallel projects
- Analyzing, defining and documenting complex business requirements and processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Experience in transforming business requirements into complex system configurations
- Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant
- 3 to 5 plus years previous experience implementing Absence or Time Tracking systems
- Possesses strong facilitation/presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in technical, business or financial discipline or relevant field of study
