Job Summary
An IT consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Workday HCM Functional Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, and testing
- Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Configure the Workday system to meet each client's unique business requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- 50% travel with projects executed on-site
- Minimum of five years HR ERP experience with Oracle E-Business or PeopleSoft
- Extensive experience with implementations as an HR, Compensation or Benefits functional lead
- Experience with the full lifecycle of both implementations and upgrades
- Solid understanding of setup tables, processing, and reporting requirements
- Workday Certification and experience
