Job Summary
An IT solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Workday HCM Post Production Principal Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Work directly with clients, supporting Workday issues, enhancements, and optimizations
- Consult with clients by offering Workday solutions and business problem resolutions
- Use your functional knowledge in providing clients with support & configuration fixes as well as recommending best practices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Workday HCM Certification (REQUIRED)
- 3+ years experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM configurations for customers of all sizes (REQUIRED)
- Ability to autonomously lead the HCM workstream through all project phases (discovery-production)
- Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
- Extensive knowledge in gathering requirements, design, prototype & testing of Workday HCM solutions
