Job Summary
An information technology consultancy needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Workday HCM Recruiting Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as Workday functional expert and leading clients through the development lifecycle
- Guiding clients through project phases including discovery, design, configuration and testing
- Assisting clients in fully integrating the Workday system into their current business environments
Qualifications for this position include:
- This position requires 50% travel with projects executed on-site at client locations
- Minimum of 3-5 years prior experience as an Employment/Recruiting professional
- Experience and strong understanding of the hiring and approval process and positions
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or aptitude using a state of the art ATS
- Experience in Workday Recruit, Talent and Performance
- All other technical requirements necessary to perform position
