Job Summary

A consulting firm is seeking a Telecommute Recruiting Lead Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Manage and guide a team a small team of individuals
  • Become the lead Subject Matter Expert within the HCM/Recruiting functional area of Workday
  • Lead configuration and business process walk through with the client

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Bachelor's degree in technical, business or financial discipline or relevant field of study
  • Workday HCM or Recruiting Certification is required
  • 5 plus years previous experience implementing HCM, Applicant Tracking, or Compensation systems
  • Experience in transforming business requirements into complex system configurations
  • Previous consulting experience as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization
